US Pro returns to Greenville; changes to UCI Calendar

The addition of two new ProTour races in Canada have forced some changes to the UCI America Tour Calendar: moving the US Pro three weeks down, and shifting the Tour of Missouri earlier. Also, the UCI road races to be held in USA and Canada in 2010.
