Belgian Champion Sven Nys (Landbouwkrediet) is back on top of the updated UCI Cyclocross standings following the National Championships held this past weekend. Newly crowned USA Cyclocross Champion Jeremy Powers (Rapha-Focus) remains the top American in the standing in 11th with Tim Johnson (Cannondale-cyclocrossworld.com) holding in 17th.

Compton Still Leads UCI World Standings; Richey Top Canadian

Not many changes to the top of the UCI Standings following the World Cup in Igorre, Spain – for the men only – this past weekend. Katie Compton (Rabobank-Giant) still tops the Elite Women’s UCI rankings; Jeremy Powers (Rapha Focus) is top American and Craig Richey (Renner) jumps 10 spots to become top Canadian in the Elite Men’s standings.
