After a sloppy, muddy, heavy course on Thursday, overnight ice and temperatures hovering around the freezing point brought deep icy ruts and and a fast course for Friday’s pre-ride. Some ruts were considered too dangerous by the organizer and the mud was shaved off.

In his first year as a U23 racer, Kaiser pre-rode the course on Thursday afternoon and is going into the Worlds with no pressure.
