Tejay van Garderen (HTC-Highroad) gaves himself the perfect gift for is 23rd birthday,his first victory with HTC-Highroad at the Larry H Miller Tour of Utah Time Trial. His teammate Patrick Gretsch was on the hot seat for most of the race and held on for third.
