While guest-riding with the Rubicon-ORBEA team, Marsh Cooper got some attention this year at the SRAM Tour of the Gila, getting into breaks and riding aggressively in multiple stages. “I’m looking to sign a professional contract.” Cooper said at Gila, “so as much exposure as I can.” Well he did it.

Darren Lill Tames Unleashed Gila Monster

Darren Lill (Fly V Australia) and Cath Cheatley (Colavita/Baci) tamed the monster and the weather for the stage win. Levi Leipheimer (Mellow Johnny’s) and Mara Abbott (Peanut Butter Co TWENTY12) won the overall, making it two victories for each of them. Videos, Photos.
