Update: Bissell posted the fourth fastest time at the team time trial, 50 seconds from the winner Garmin-Barracuda. They were the highest placed Continental team. Stage 2 at the Larry H. Climbers Test Themselves On Sierra Road

At the start of stage 3, all eyes were looking up the road, literally, with not only the first mountain-top finish of the race but the first KOM points attributed due to the canceled and shortened earlier stages. The climbers and GC contenders would now come out to the front of the race and at the end of 81-mile (131-km) stage some would be disappointed. With Canadian Champion Will Routley (Spidertech p/w C10), Tyler Wren (Jamis/Sutter Home) and Chris Baldwin (BISSELL).

Baldwin’s bike change or fun with Photoshop

After crashing, Chris Baldwin had to endure 2 bike changes and I caught one (on the wrong side of the road), at the KOM. After some photoshop magic, we see that Baldwin did his second bike change, calmly and managed to stay in the main field.
