Hanson Repeats At San Rafael Twilight Crit

Ken Hanson (Team Type 1) emerged from the dark and outsprinted Rahsaan Bahati (Bahati Foundation) and US National Elite Crit Champion Steve Reaney (CalGiant) to win the San Rafael Twilight Crit. That makes it two years in a row for Hanson.

Jorge Alvarado killed during training ride

Such sad news. Rider for the Bahati Foundation Cycling team, Jorge Alvarado was killed yesterday in San Bernardino County, California while out on a training ride. The 27-year old, originally from Mexico, had joined the team as an amateur earlier this year after racing many years with Kahala-LaGrange.
