Australian Ben Day of the Kenda/5-Hour Energy p/b GearGrinder team, has raced all but one of the Amgen Tour of California since the inaugural race in 2006.  While the fans were celebrating the start of stage 3 in Auburn, Day shared some memories of the previous years including the best and worst, and more.
