Team Exergy took the next two spots on the podium with Andres Diaz at 8 seconds down and Matt Cooke at 28 seconds.  Then it’s BISSELL and more BISSELL as all their riders, 6 in total, placed in the top ten with Andy Jacques-Maynes leading the team in 4th place. The riders faced a hilly 7.8 mi (12.6 km) loop in Fort Ord with a lot of cornering.

One stage to go, the Circuit Race on the Laguna Seca racetrack with the famous corkscrew. The men race for 2 hours on the 2.2-mile loop where the wind often plays a factor.  The battle between RealCyclist.com, Team Exergy and BISSELL should detonate tomorrow with CalGiant and Yahoo! Cycling’s Nate English hoping to take advantage of the attacks. Another rider to watch for the stage win is Logan Loader (RideClean).
