Lisa Hunt Honored by Redlands Bicycle Classic

First started in 2000 to honor Carole King, who helped establish the Redlands Bicycle Classic, the award highlights a member of the cycling community’s outstanding sportsmanship. This year the committee selected not a rider but a team Director Sportif. Lisa Hunt, DS, Team TIBCO-To the Top, was an easy choice for this year’s Carole King Sportsmanship Award recipient.

Hunt has tirelessly devoted her time and energy to better her team and women cycling in general. She is the consummate teammate, always generous, always looking to better the cycling community. The award was presented before the Beaver Medical Group Sunset Road Race, which was the last stage of the Redlands Bicycle Classic.

We congratulate Lisa Hunt and applaud her hard work and enthusiastic energy.
