For the second year in a row, the Jelly Belly p/b Kenda team engaged in a SEALs training session as part of team building. Divided into 3 “boat crews”, the 12 riders and one guest were put through drills, called evolutions, on the beach and in the water in Coronado, California by Harbinger Tactical Solutions.
Although Friday was a sunny day, the water temperature of 59 °F/15 °C and ambient temp of around 74 °F/23 °C had the riders – with their very low body fat – shivering in their white t-shirts and cargo pants. The session lasted a total of three hours. (See Hanson, Hagman Talk Seals Training)
