USA Cycling ProTour 2009 calendar

The USA Cycling Professional Tour comprises all of the men’s events in the U.S. that are included on the UCI America Tour calendar.
The 2009 calendar, in its third year of existence, includes 13 events down from 16 in 2008. Gone are the Tour of Georgia, the American Eagle Outfitters Tour of Pennsylvania and the Colorado Stage International Cycle Classic, and the Rochester Omnium has been renamed Tour of New York.
While USA Cycling computes and disseminates the ongoing leader in both the individual and general classification throughout the year via press releases, no special jersey or prize is given to the leader of the series. (Same for the NRC series).
In 2008, Christian Vande Velde clenched the overall individual classification with his win at Tour of Missouri, and his team Garmin-Chipotle took home the team classification.

Has anyone else noticed the US Open of Cycling conflicts with a couple other big races? It might be a moot point if the US Open is back on NBC for 2.5 hours of same day coverage.
